Restarting OpenText Process Suite Platform

This topic describes the procedure to restart the OpenText Process Suite Platform (<Instance Name>).

You must restart the Process Platform Monitor for configuration changes to take effect. The procedure to restart it varies for Window and Linux based computers.

• In Windows:

1. Click Start > Run, type services.msc and press the ENTER key. The Services window appears and displays all the services that were running on your computer.
2. Select OpenText Process Suite Platform (<Instance Name>) from the list.
3. Right-click it and select Restart option.

• In Linux:

1. Launch the terminal.
2. Type service wcpd<instancename> restart and press the ENTER key.
   
   The OpenText Process Suite Platform (<Instance Name>) is restarted.
